• Staff was friendly and knowledgeable Therapists gave great massages. However when originally tried booking via website Had issues with 1) password Used my previously setup password/ response was -does not match our records. I requested to change p/w Received the email with link to select new password- Went to link -submitted new pw. Was accepted. Went back to sign in page- using new password Same error -pw doesn't match our records. Tried repeating steps 2 more times with different new passwords. Accepted etc Finally last attempt was accepted and was able to make reservation When we were checking out after massages, I mentioned the sign in issues to Front desk. Another customer waiting to check out, mentioned that she too had website.password issues . Please tell your website person. These issues could scare away other customers trying to make appointments.
