• I went into my appointment in a lot of pain. My lower back and hips were locked and spasming. Nicky listened to what I was saying and asked questions. I only booked for 30 minutes because I didn't think I could handle more than that, She agreed, and with the little time we had she did release quite a bit of the muscle tension. I will be going back for a longer visit after a chiropractic adjustment. I could finally sleep more than two hours last night for the first time in almost two weeks. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and concerned seeing how much pain I was in. They gave me the time I needed to maneuver and helped when I called out for assistance.
