• It was great overall and Katie was excellent! I had the room close to the receptionist desk and could hear conversations there and in the main walking area after you leave reception. Also, the floor boards squeaked in the room as she walked around the table.

• The presentation of the outside of the house is just lovely. It is so serene inside and the clockwork timing of your staff is perfect. I've never had a bad experience and it just keeps getting better and better.
