• Although the workout nearly killed me (my problem not yours) I did enjoy the session after the fact ... it took a little while to cool down though! I love that I am always greeted when I walk in the door - someone knows your name which makes me feel valued. All the staff (inc the owner whom I thought was a staff member at the time!) are extremely helpful, understanding and encouraging. It is a nice change to look forward to going to the gym rather than dread it and it is the whole environment that does that at Fast Twitch. Thank you.

• The staff have been so accommodating, friendly and set my nerves at ease. I visited to use the float tank for the first time and the whole process was explained so well. The setting is gorgeous and so well put together, it’s a real treat. Highly recommend, prompt booking responses, excellent customer service skills and the experience speaks for itself.
