• I was reluctant at first to join classes but having attended 4 strength sessions with Brayden I’m really happy. The workouts are thorough, considered and cater for all levels of fitness. The staff are friendly, approachable and get involved far more then other gyms. Look forward to the upcoming 8 week challenge.

• The place was well clean and maintained. Definitely a good culture for those who wanted to take their gym experience to the next level. All the equipments, especially sauna, ice bath, recovery items, and classes are there, which is why it is a unique atmosphere and a legit Premier gym. The membership deals are much better and affordable for everyone, especially the bundles are included. The only drawback at this stage is the sport science equipments such as for the Isokinetic Machines, there is not computerised system to measure the data in terms of force, speed, velocity and power compared to because when they had it. This made it hard for us and the kids and whoever wanted to increase their power and needed the data to know where they’re at, so at this stage it can be unmotivating. But I’m sure it can be sorted and it will get there! Just keep doing what you’re doing at this stage for the members because it’s working well
