As someone with immense anxiety about pursuing a formal exercise routine after years of a difficult, sedentary lifestyle, I immediately felt welcomed and as though my limited abilities were respected. The facility is gorgeous and the employees are truly so kind and encouraging. It’s also wonderfully affordable.
I have always had good experience with Falls Yoga and Barre....I am happy for the generosity of a free Yoga experience in the park. Thank you
