• I felt very welcomed by the ladies there and even though I was a beginner and couldn't do it all I didn't feel like they were frustrated with me. I thought the class was taught very well and I would recommend it to my friends.

• The studio is insanely gorgeous - bathrooms dropped my jaw and the yoga space was beautiful. Loved the ambiance of the candlelit power flow with Gilbert. Incredible teacher. Would recommend! It was just what I needed last night

• The Faithful Flow class was so life giving and unlike any yoga I've ever done! It was my first "hot" yoga class, and I felt both capable and really challenged, which made me feel so strong! I loved the ceiling fans, lavender towels, and relaxed prayer time at the end. Melanie was amazing and the facilities were so clean and inviting. Thank you!
