• I'm newer to yoga in general and fear of not being good enough has kept me from trying the studio. Everyone was super nice, encouraging and welcoming and the space is beautiful!

• Too many heart felt positive reasons why to list here. I absolutely love and appreciate every thing about FH from Nora and Dina to my precious Niama and Justine and Jess.The studio previously and now is my happiest place. The space at FH is perfect for me in both space, simplicity cleanliness and class. With it's large white mirrored space and huge windows all around- makes me feel like I am in a bright peaceful bird house sanctuary where my heart takes flight (even though I am nervous before every class). Haha but true! Almost every time during and after class my hopes and spirit feel renewed, encouraged -and as a woman I feel at times like my femininity is inspired. Beautiful teachers, owners and perfect space. Every thing is "cool" at FH. They are real people grounded flawed and authentic. They roll with things and except each of us "where we are at." This is consistent even after years as a student with them. When I am there I feel like I want to be, can be and will be a healthier calmer stronger, better, and prettier (inside and out) " ME." Naima blesses and touches my heart. She is SO lovely and yet so down to earth. Justine her hard working and beautiful smiling assistant also makes my experience delightful just by seeing her. Naima suits me as THE perfect pace, vibe, lesson and challenge teacher. Never too fast yet always a perfect flow pace for me. If I had more time and a much younger body I would LOVE to add classes on to my routine and take Jess's classes, try Nikki's again in this new studio and just even "be" in beautiful Nora's too.
