• Aerin's class is incredible! The heat setting is lower than the hot 26 class temps and she doesn't seem to use the heated floors so I can still benefit from the increased flexibility the heat offers without being overwhelmed by the heat

• I loved the class! It was a harder class to get used to since it was hot yoga but the instructor did a really good job of teaching us how to breath to keep us in the room and from getting too light headed! It felt nice to push myself.
