• I love the environment and the studio atmosphere. The teacher was EXCELLENT in cueing and giving specific points of awareness to the body in direction, energy, breathing, and timing. I didn't feel intimidated by the teacher or the fellow yogis. Heat was intense but not over bearing or stuffy. I effing love this place! If I could, I'd come every day!
