• Enjoyed the session very much however the instructor seemed a bit too cocky and even sarcastic at times . We come to unwind and destress and would want to see a more calming and understanding environment , yoga sessions should be a pleasant experience and we ( the newbies ) should feel welcome and not made fun of . Hooefully this will resonate . I’ll keep coming for the benefits but i have to admit i was expecting a classier attitude
