• It was great! I’ve taken Hot 26 at several studios over the years and in various states across the U.S., and this one was hands-down my favorite. First and foremost: it was HOT, HOT, HOT! 🔥 And I mean that as the highest compliment. I’ve been to plenty of “hot” yoga studios where the room is more mildly inconvenienced sauna than actual hot yoga. Not here. They understood the assignment. Come prepared to sweat out your stress, your bad decisions, and possibly memories from 2007. The studio itself is beautiful. The women’s shower room may honestly be one of my favorite amenities—which becomes especially important after voluntarily spending an hour exercising on the surface of the sun. 😂 I also loved the huge windows in the studio. I can already picture taking an evening class, looking out at the city lights, finding my inner peace, and temporarily forgetting that my hamstrings hate me. Now, let’s talk about the one adventure they don’t mention in the class description: PARKING. 🚗 There is a small free lot behind the studio that appears to hold maybe 8–10 cars. There are typically 30+ people in class. I’m no mathematician, but the odds are not exactly in your favor. 😂 If you possess the superpower to make downtown traffic disappear AND can arrive about 30 minutes early, you may be one of the chosen few blessed with a free parking spot. For the rest of us mere mortals, just mentally add about $20 for parking to the cost of class. Consider it your pre-yoga exercise in acceptance and letting go. Parking shenanigans aside, I absolutely loved the studio and will definitely be back. Fantastic heat, beautiful space, great amenities, and those windows are calling my name for a nighttime class. Five stars for the yoga. May the odds be ever in your favor for the parking. 🔥🧘‍♀️🚗

• I’ve had such a consistently great experience here. No matter what time of day I take a class, the quality is always excellent. The teachers are knowledgeable, motivating, welcoming, and each brings their own personality and energy to the room. It’s clear they genuinely care about creating a great experience for everyone. Always an easy 10/10 for me!
