• The location, instructors, and classes offered are top notch. While in Nashville, I will not practice anywhere else. The only thing I'd change is the option for a Sculpt at 4:30pm once or twice a week. Having Hot 26 locked into ALL 4:30 classes daily is a bit rough to those who love to workout at that time and want to mix it up.
