• Roland is an awesome teacher. He is so knowledgeable and actually teaches the poses so that you grow in your practice. There are lots of instructors that I've had in the past, but not very many teachers… Also, the facilities are amazing! I appreciate all the thoughtfulness that has gone into creating your studio.
