• I appreciate the cleanliness, heat, variety of classes and the classes are still hard while still offering slower paced options. I love not feeling judged for adding in my own movements.

• Great studio, strong instruction. Beautiful studio very peaceful and clean. The only criticism is that the instructor didn’t bring us out of savasana in a gentle way. It was a little abrupt. But she was otherwise amazing. Very good class!
