• I love Gilbert's class, every time. The heat, the creativity, the challenge, his overall vibe. I do feel there's room at Fahrenheit for a more traditional flow class. The extra core work is beneficial for strength, certainly, but I would love to spend a little more time in flow of traditional yoga poses.
