• Beautiful studio. Had great 60min Hot 26 class. Been to classes that keep it at 110 degrees which is too hot for me. This studio apparently follows the 105 degree rule/recommendation. I was able to try and perform all poses and not stop due to excessive heat. I will return!

• The class was good, and the instructor was great. Personally, I thought it was a little too hot. “Hot yoga” is great, but the room was a bit too stuffy. Other than that it was a good experience whilst visiting Nashville.
