• I was welcome and unjudged. Front desk was pleasant - unlike a few offices I have been to. Sincerely felt as if I were back home and having a family friend do my botox. Other treatment was not pushed on me -although I will be back for other treatment. In a time where offices are trying to make up for lost time and patients, I wasn't rushed. Beautiful and open facility! I give credit where credit is due. My standards are high and I was impressed. I truly enjoyed my visit. Offices in Jacksonville could learn a thing or two. I cannot wait to come back.

• From the moment I walked in, Jess at the front desk was very helpful. Dr. Hall professionally explained the fat transfer surgical procedure, how long the surgery would take, realistic expectations from the surgery, was shown photographs of other patients in pre-op and post-op positions, pre-op and post-op counseling, and follow up appointment. Dr. Hall was forthcoming in explaining and given the hope of great results post-op.
