• The lady who checked me out tried over charge me $50 more for my service upgrade (I upgraded my VIP facial to a hydro facial). After I asked for breakdown of the charges she corrected it. I had 20+ credits so it was very annoying that she tried to overcharge me. I'm giving her the benefit of doubt here and assuming it was a genuine error.
