• Sarah is excellent at what she does. I always feel I get value out of my visit when shes the aesthetician. I didn't get this survey on my last month's visit which was with someone else. She was lovely, but I didn't feel all the steps were even followed for the facial i opted. Sarah did the exact same facial yesterday and i felt so much better and different. She definitely performed more steps. Last time was really just a touch and go kind of service. I would have probably rated that 2 or 3/10 if this survey was sent after my last months visit. Your front desk staff is always helpful n lovely.
