• Staff are really friendly, kind and professional! Everything felt clean and welcoming. The experience was very relaxing. Loved all the different scents of the products. I would've liked if my aesthetician explained what she was putting on my face and what the products do. Also the main reason I booked a facial by a professional, was for doing extractions but the major impurities I wanted gone are still there and I don't recall my aesthetician trying to take some of them out. Everything else was perfect.
