• Everytime I come in everyone is so nice and welcoming. The customer service is some of the best I've ever experienced! They make you feel like family. Even the owner (who works the front desk occasionally) is so personable. It's rare to walk into a large business and see the owner working the front desk. I believe he truly cares about his customers and employees, not just being the boss and making money. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and don't push products or services you don't need. I would have never thought I would become a member at a spa but I feel like a new person everytime I leave. My face looks 25 (as told to me by numerous young woman) and I get a 45 minute therapy session (venting to an esthetician is just like venting to a therapist) while getting a facial. LOVE YOU GUYS!!!!
