• I loved the friendliness of your staff and their professionalism, but my ultimate facial included extractions and I don't think they were done on my face. Although facial itself felt nice, I came home with clogged pores. I called prior to scheduling asking which facial had extractions, and was recommended ultimate facial includes it. Unfortunately, it was disappointing in terms of not getting my pores cleaned
