• Ana did great work, but the way the receptionists asks for tip is manipulative and toxic. I've recommended this place to friends of mine who had to buy individual threading sessions and it was super expensive and also had to tip. I was embarrassed and felt horrible for them. They found another place. Ana does great work but it's too expensive. It's a $15-$20 worth service. There's no pencil or concealer or gel to finish the service. Which is totally fine because I like simple but then the price should be lower. I would be ok with buying a package for Ana but it's just stressful with the receptionists constantly forcing clients for tips and I do feel bad that I sent the people I care about here.

• The technician was very quick and efficient and assisted me almost right away upon arrival. Also had extra time to do another service for me last minute. She listened to what I needed done and showed me and took into consideration my requests.
