• I also run a business with customers, and it means a lot when: 1) person answering the phone was super friendly and helpful (even asked if I new where the place was located and gave me directions without me having to ask). From the moment she answered the phone, it was obvious that she enjoyed working there and wants to work there 2) when I walked in everyone was super friendly 3) everyone helps out in every department (when other team members were busy, others stepped in with our hesitation to answer the phone, check in/out customers, etc) 4) everyone looked presentable, no one looked tired, stressed, despite being completely booked, etc 5) the services I requested were completed in a time manner 6) my brows turned out amazing 7) when my mascara began to run from my eyes watering, the lady doing them went out of her way to grab me make up remover to remove the smears 8) location is great 9) spa is clean and presentable 10) all the other customers I saw getting services done also turned out with beautiful brows and lashes On the higher side with prices, but do to the phenomenal customer service and how wonderful my brows turned out, I am more than happy to pay that price and return. Thank you for a great experience!
