• Because even though I wasn't initially happy with the lash lift, I brought it to your teams attention and they immediately offered for me to come back in and try and do what they could to make it right. And it looked better after they fixed it and I'm happy with the result. Sabrina did a wonderful job threading my brows and overall I think the team provided a great service.
