• Love Fabriq Spa and was so glad to be back! We always have a great experience when we have our girls spa day at Fabriq. Everyone is always friendly and accommodating. Monique is the best! She is wonderful at her job, and always makes as feel like we are part of the Fabriq Family.

• The reception staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. Too, my therapist (Esther) was immensely knowledgeable, responsive, skilled, and thoughtful. I loved the way she checked in about cupping, articulated unspoken pain cues, attended to an emergent issue, and made subtle, easy notes about inclusivity. I also much appreciated the thoroughness of Monica's facial. Even though I received a shorter service, every step was included and carried out with care. She was also incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and attentive, and even puzzled, seemingly genuinely, over a curious skin issue I'd asked about and gave me many new ideas for how to understand it. This is perhaps bizarre, but I also appreciated the ways in which everyone spoke in a conversational tone - not working too hard to be "soothing" but not exactly being clinical and alienated either. It signaled a mix of kindness and seriousness. The facility was also a huge factor in my exceptional experience. It didn't feel like a sterile, overly bright, "cutesy" salon, but the details seemed to reflect the open, maybe queer (in the aesthetic and political sense) spirit of the place. Each detail (the water glasses, the warm treatment table, the powder room, the seclusion of the downstairs treatment room [I can't remember if the website notes that this is not accessible for those with mobility impairment, but it definitely should], the wall design and exposed brick, the solid speakers, the vintage trays and seating, the gentle, natural oils and fragrances, etc.) was noticed and appreciated. :) Thanks for a great experience!
