Fabio has been my stylist for over a decade. He's always been considerate yet honest throughout my hair "journey". When most stylists would try to persuade me to continue to color my hair instead of letting the grey out, (and let's face it - a much more lucrative option in the hair industry overall) Fabio has embraced my vision and complements me on my hair color each time. Keeping in mind that ditching the color doesn't mean ditching any upkeep - I do use a store-bought dye as a toner every 6 weeks or so to neutralize the blonde residuals and to keep it a nice, skin-complementary ashy cast - a mixed, dark and silvery hue. It's healthier, thicker too, and I get complements all of the time. Once I invested in a preliminary tone job with Fabio almost 4 years ago to get the process going, (the results were stunning) I haven't looked back since. Routine trims take less than 15 minutes each visit, which is really ideal during COVID. All precautions in place too. I opt to wash it prior to my scheduled appointment, and Fabio has never had a problem with my DIY overall approach. No blowout needed, and I'm home in no time to style it myself if I choose to. A great choice if you're looking for a top notch stylist in the UES who really cares!!
