Julie is the best. She is meticulous in both color and cut. There is rarely a day that I do not get a compliment on my hair. I followed her when she went to Fabio's because she has a keen eye for color whether it is single process or balayage and her precision is stellar. I was a client at Frederic Fekkai for years. However my hair has never looked better than the 5 years I have been going to Julie. Fabio and the staff are lovely. Julie is a gem.
