• I would totally love for my friends to join F45. It is hard though when many people already have a gym or routine they like. I think the free classes are a great way to encourage people to bring friends, but the best advertising is F45 members showing results.

The coach, the way they showed us what to do, the overlooking to make sure I was doing my excerise's the best way, I felt welcomed, I loved the cold towels after... and to me the schedule worked out perfect, being able to park my car under the garage, and the place was at a great location.
