• I enjoy all Of the staff I've met. I think they do a great job of coaching and correcting. Love the programming and truly feel like I'm pushed to the extent I want to be. Love the DJ for the Hollywood class.

• I love F45. It's been a long time since I have worked out intensely, so I was super nervous at first. But the staff and trainers are amazing. They make me feel right at home and encourage me every little step of the way! Shout out to Jazmine, Ryan, Kaylee, Shaun, and Preston! They're awesome. No matter your fitness level, there is an amazing workout and a place for you at F45.

• Fun way to get cardio in, and love all the little extras. Cold towels at the end of class, showers with towels and everything else you need, etc.
