• I am visiting from New York and took my first F45 class here in Bondi. The trainers are very high energy and I felt very welcomed in the class. The motivation is here and the music kept me going! Definitely recommend.

• The training is good fun and good work at the same time, you get motivated very well cause even if is hard the time flies. While you are training you can't think about anything else, so you free your mind very good, and the trainers are really good, nice and happy
