• F3 is the absolute best! The instructors are fabulous; they bring the most fun and energy to each and every class! The environment is extremely welcoming and I could not ask for a cleaner or more beautiful facility! Nothing but positive things to say about this place- love the people, location and vibe- all of it!!

• Your space is always amazing and clean, and the staff is genuinely kind. The yoga class I took was amazing. I love that the class was challenging!! It was more challenging than the last yoga class I took, and we did a variety of exercises that were unique and difficult. I know my workout was perfect for me. I am a fan of the instructor. I think it was Bailey, but not sure. Thx!
