• I love the camaraderie and inclusion at F3. I work with Jon F and he is encouraging and helps target my limiting factors in a way I wouldn't be able to on my own. I also attend Mark's Friday morning workout (when I can get my behind up out of bed) and love the group dynamic and encouragement of that space. My only constructive criticism is that Jon needs to work on his stand up comedy skills.
