• I absolutely love F3 - the classes are difficult in the best way, the instructors keep it interesting but also provide the consistency needed to build strength and progress in the exercises. My chronic lower body pain has mostly gone away and I know it's because I'm finally strengthening my body. It's exactly what I was looking for and I'm so grateful to have found F3.
