  • I felt welcomed right away. People introduced themselves to me. The trainers knew me by name. It was clear the trainers were experienced, knowledgeable, and good teachers. The studio was clean. It wasn't too crowded, and everyone I saw working out seemed focused and working hard. I think anyone looking for a new gym should consider F3 FITFLEXFLY.
