• F3 is more than a gym. As a long time patron, I love the community and spirit just as much as the workouts. I aways walk out feeling physically strong (and exhausted from THE BEST workout in Indy), and simply happy. It’s just an amazing place that always makes you feel challenged while having fun with friends. Get in there!
