• The staff is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Ori, is awesome. She pays attention to details and aim to please her clients. Aaliyah, is excellent at what she does. She listens to what you want and delivers. She is straight to the point and focus on doing it right. Her booked scheduled a testament of how great her service is. She's wanted: highly recommended. Lady Patterson's, wealthy of knowledge is what makes the success of this establishment. She has taught her staff to deliver a perfect customer experience and great service. The atmosphere is a notch above the rest. Upscale from the moment you walk in; clean and stylish decor. Scheduling appointments are seamless. I've booked and managed my appointments online through the website, app and after my appointment I make my refill appointments for my next visit. I know my review is long, but I must be honest and give credit when it's due. I've been coming to Eyetopia for about 3 to 4 years. I was skeptical of getting lashes because of my fear of damaging my eyes. Once I expressed my concern to Ori, she educated me on how safe and sanitized the process is. She gave me instructions on how to clean my lashes with baby shampoo. After almost 4 years, I still have full healthy lashes. I continuously get complements on how natural my lashes look. Before, I end this review, I must compliment Mr. Patterson for always being friendly, supportive to the staff and making check in and scheduling convenient. Thank you all for making me eyes look amazing. 🤗
