• Alex really took the time to make sure that I was getting exactly what I wanted before we started. She asked lots of questions, and it made me feel like she really knew what she was doing and cared about me as a client. The long conversation at the beginning was very worth it - she really nailed the colours that I wanted on my brows and lashes, which is usually very difficult to do because my hair is a unique shade of auburn and i have a very fair complexion. She was very gentle, so my eyes didn't sting or water at all while she was tinting my lashes. She gave great advice, and I got the results that I was hoping for without having to be there for much longer than 25 minutes.
