• First of all, the facilities are spotless which is very important if you have treatments in which infections can occur. The staff is professional. And I love the results.

• Technicians/staff were lovely and thorough. The second time around was a little deeper and harder on the skin, but I understand every person has a different technique and hand. Only downfall is that they’re located in the most expensive part of the city (5th Ave/Madison Ave area), so be prepared to pay ALOT for parking. Add that cost in to your total cost when figuring out how much you’ll be spending if you’re traveling by car. Worth it though for quality brows, but something people should be aware of if you’re not very familiar with the area.

• Everyone was welcoming, the office was so beautiful and clean. The tech who did my Eyebrows Amy I believe her name was, she was so professional and accurate with details to what I wanted done. Will definitely be coming back and telling all my friends and family.
