• The services are great, but technicians need to be better trained in English. Sometimes I feel that they just nod and don't understand what I am saying when trying to give direction as to what I need and like specifically. It just doesn't feel like I am being heard and they do the same for everyone

• The girl that did my eyebrows I think Jennifer or something couldn’t have done a better job! I was screaming and all because I’m very sensitive to pain and she was so sweet about it even when I pushed her hand during the laser she was like the sweetest comforting person ! Seriously best customer service I had in years
