• The experience was amazing from the welcoming person from the front desk that was warm nice kind! I love and appreciate the work of the technician AINI the lovely approach to the client the work ethic and communication with me like client was just wonderful ! Love the patience and passion of her ! Thank you AINI and can't wait to see you after healing in November for the touch up! Definitely everyone need to try and see with them eyes the amazing staff and great Job they can archive with Eye Design!

• Great service from my technician. However, the bathroom was out of order and the girl in the front seemed really annoyed that we had to use the bathroom in the basement, which was disgusting. I understand that plumbing issues happen, but if you don't have a working bathroom you shouldn't be servicing clients. I was fine to use the bathroom in the basement because I had no choice, but the attitude at the front wasn't needed. I pay a lot of money throughout the year here, and for you to be upset that I have to use the basement (gross) bathroom is unacceptable.
