• The classes are so welcoming. The instructors are great. They do a great job of explaining all the movements. There's no pressure to compete with anybody else in the gym. Everyone is doing different modifications as they need to and all the other people in the class have been so helpful and welcoming as well. I think this is so much better than I could've ever imagined a gym experience could be.
