Excellent instructor (Gabrielle). Relaxed vibe. Clear direction and support throughout the class. Also like that bolsters and blocks provided along with cleaning implements. Lovely time- 5.30 on Sunday night is perfect for Yin!

Hi there, my daughter and I went to Oswaldo's Tuesday class. We are quite new to yoga and it was the perfect class for us to start with. Oswaldo made us feel very welcome and kept a watchful eye on us to make sure we weren't tying ourselves up in knots! We loved his beautiful calming energy and meditation insights. Wonderful class. We felt so good!!! I feel like I could tackle a step us so will experiment with some other classes too. Thanks Exhale!!
