• The young lady who gave me my facial was great. She was very knowledgeable and personable. She was also very gentle, which helped me realize why I had not had a facial in so many years -- my previous experience was painful and it ended up being my last, until now! The young lady at the reception desk was extremely nice. She was very welcoming and charming over the phone and in person, and her bubbly, friendly personality added to the overall good experience. The only drawback (hence, 9 points) was the fact that the rooms were not fully divided -- the walls only went up to a certain height -- so it was possible to overhear several customers and staff chatting the entire time. Thank you for an overall great experience! I like facials again!

• My aesthetician, Dawn, performed a trio treatment that not only was relaxing but drastically improved the skin tone of my face and neck areas. These areas now look refreshed, healthier and more youthful. I'm very impressed with the pleasant staff. The lobby was clean & organized. The price was very reasonable. I will return and I would highly recommend to others.
