• I ride bike 3 hours/day (training for endurance races I have this Fall). Even with a good bike seat, padded shorts, and cycling cream, I still experience some degree of saddle soreness from riding this much. I did a full-body cryotherapy session yesterday and when I went for my bike ride this morning, I had zero saddle soreness/swelling for the first time in 2 months. The only thing I did different in regard to training yesterday was the cryo, so I have to attribute my reduction in inflammation and soreness to that. So awesome!!
