• Great Instructor! She is very thorough when instructing and offers modifications for those of us that need them:) She worked our entire bodies and stretched us out after the workout and gave us an aromatherapy cold cloth to cool us and refresh us before leaving for the rest of our day!! Wonderful experience!!
