• A 9 is high- it does take a few classes to get use to the bikes- it was too hot in there - and I have to say I was fun, but I was the only one older than in my20s and the only one wearing a shirt (the only one that needed too- rock it girls!) but when you ask me about recommending it, I know some of my friends wouldbe intimidated, so I would need to warn them
