Well firstly I was welcome to made to feel comfortable even though I don't know what the heck I'm doing I wasn't made to feel like awkward or that I couldn't learn or that I couldn't achieve a goal. The Hands-On and the instructor was very attentive to everyone and I appreciate it.

Onyx is so much fun and encouraging. She made it a safe space with her candid humor and personality. Everyone was so kind- from the person at the check-in to the people taking the class.

Because of the music, the space, the quality of the teachers, and their openheartedness, playfulness, and integrity. I have a hard time opening up when it comes to dancing, especially in front of people, but the teachers are always so sweet and helpful. I often get emotional after a class because dancing can be triggering for me, but I keep wanting to come back because I know it's good for me. Thank you.
