I really loved Kaitlyn's class. She's so nice. I'm very out of shape and she made me not feel like a failure if I couldn't do something fill out. I also like that I got a great workout but it wasn't just like running or doing a bunch of sit ups lol

I would be happy to recommend you to others. I love being able to find an online class, especially during these times. I just wish I could do the class anytime without having to do it at the scheduled time. Do you have any offers like that?
